Code of Conduct for the Students
- Students must reach school 5 minutes before the fixed time for assembly.
- All the sudents shall wear the prescribed uniform of school every day during the school hours. Uniform should be neat and tidy.
- Every student shall attend the school regularly. Leave or absence may be granted for bonafide reasons only.
- Students are expected to bring the books according to the time table. Home work assigned to the students should be done regularly at their own.
- No books (other than text books), magazines, newspaper or any other literature should be brought to the school without the prior permission.
- Any wilful damage done by a student to the building, furniture, apparatus or any other school property is to be made good by the guardians/parents.
- Students should show respect to school authorities, teachers and staff. They are expected to be gentle and polite to their class fellows and companions as well.
- As the school is a co-education school, students are expected to show a high standard of decorum as expected by the society. Use of vulgar and filthy language is a punishable offence.
- Students should mark his/her name, admission number, class and section on all his/her books, note-books and other belongings.
- Students should go home straight after the school is over. They are warned against buying any eatables from the street vendors.
- Students should not bring any sharp instrument, CDs, any valuable and objectionable items to the school.
- Students are not allowed to enter the class-rooms other than their own.
- Celebrating of birthday, distribution of toffees and exchange of gifts is not allowed in the school.
Recommendations for the Parents
- Parents/Guardians should take it their sole responsibility to send their wards to school on time in complete school uniform and it should be neat and clear.
- Parents/Guardians shall not visit their ward/s or teacher/s without the permission of the principal.
- Parents/Guardians are advised to see the remarks in diary, made by teacher. If your ward is not making the desired progress a, personal contact with the teacher will be helpful.
- Leave application on medical ground should be supported by a medical certificate from registered medical practitioner.
- Criticism of teacher and the school in the presence of the student will hamper the personality development of your ward. It will also spoil the healthy teaching-learning environment.
- Parents are especially requested to notify the school of any change in their address/telephone nos. etc.
- Parents have to attend every parents teachers meeting as and when it is arranged.
- Parents will not be allowed to meet any teacher during the school hours unless it is genuinly required. Teachers will be available between 1.40 p.m. to 1.55 p.m. only.
- Students will be allowed to go away from the school during school hours alongwith the parents only with a written application stating the reason which should be genuine and serious. No person, other than parent, is allowed to take the students during the school hours.
